Mallory Burdette is a licensed clinical psychologist who brings a warm, insightful, and relational approach to her work with adults and couples. She believes therapy is a collaborative process that invites curiosity, courage, and compassion, helping people explore patterns that may feel overwhelming or underwhelming and discover new possibilities for connection, growth, and healing.
Mallory draws from an integrative foundation, rooted in psychodynamic and relational perspectives, with additional training in evidence-based modalities. She honors each person’s unique experience while creating a safe, non-judgmental space to process emotions, deepen self-awareness, and foster meaningful change. Whether clients are navigating anxiety, mood concerns, trauma, relationship challenges, or life transitions, Mallory supports them in exploring both present difficulties and the deeper roots of patterns that may be holding them back.
In her work with couples, Mallory uses the Psychobiological Approach to Couple Therapy (PACT), integrating attachment science and nervous system regulation to deepen understanding and enhance responsiveness between partners. This approach helps couples navigate conflict, rebuild connection, and strengthen relational attunement.
Mallory received her bachelor’s degree in psychology from Stanford University and her doctorate in clinical psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology in Washington, D.C. Her training includes a breadth of clinical experiences, including psychological assessment and psychotherapy in university counseling and private practice settings.
