Executive & Personal Assistant (Part-Time)
Menlo Park, CA | Hybrid | ~15 hours/week

About the Role
I’m a psychotherapist and founder of a boutique practice in Menlo Park, looking for a thoughtful, highly organized Executive & Personal Assistant to support both my professional and personal life.

This is a part-time, high-trust role for someone who enjoys bringing order, calm, and flow to a full and meaningful life. You’ll help manage day-to-day logistics, streamline communication, and support creative projects like small events and a podcast launch.

This role is ideal for someone who has previously worked as an executive assistant, operations coordinator, or event planner—and is now looking for flexible, meaningful part-time work.

Who You Are

  • Warm, intuitive, and emotionally intelligent

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail

  • Proactive—you anticipate needs rather than wait for direction

  • A clear, thoughtful communicator (especially in writing)

  • Tech-comfortable (email, calendar systems, Google Docs; quick to learn new tools)

  • Discreet and trustworthy with sensitive information

You may be a former executive assistant, event planner, or operations professional who is now seeking flexible, part-time work that still feels engaging and meaningful.

Details

  • 10-15 hours/week (flexible; some weekday daytime availability preferred)

  • Hybrid: combination of remote work and in-person support in Menlo Park

  • Compensation: hourly, depending on experience
